Servier Research Centres

Discovery Research Centres

The core Discovery Research facilities are the Suresnes Research Centre in the Ile-de-France, specialising in chemistry and pharmacology, and the Research Centre at Croissy-sur-Seine, specialising in brain disease, neurobiology, neuropsychopharmacology and oncology.

The third Research Centre is in Orléans, where the SERVIER story began.
It comprises the Beau-Cèdre physical chemistry and formulation units, and the Bel-Air pharmacokinetics facility.

International Centres for Therapeutic Research

There are now 19 International Centres for Therapeutic Research (ICTR), all devoted to clinical research and its applications to the different phases in drug discovery and development.
The 19 ICTR sites are Beijing, Brussels, Budapest, Buenos Aires, London, Madrid, Melbourne, Montreal, Moscow, Munich, Prague, Rio de Janeiro, Paris, Rome, Seoul, Singapore, Stockholm, Tokyo and Warsaw.

The ICTR in Melbourne

The Australian ICTR was opened in 1999 and was the first Servier International Centre for Therapeutic Research to be opened outside of Europe. The Research Centre now employs over 30 dedicated staff that are principally responsible for co-ordinating and monitoring clinical trials in the major teaching hospitals and research centres throughout Australia.
